Event overview
The Autumn Lake Triathlon takes place on Sunday, August 2, 2026, in Williamstown, New Jersey. Course and location
The triathlon swim is held in a spring-fed lake on the event property. The bike segment covers about 13 miles on roads that include large bike lanes and generally flat terrain. The 5K run is routed on the Autumn Lake Winery property and follows trails around two lakes and through the vineyard. Trail surfaces for the run include hard packed dirt, some grass, sand, and loose dirt.
