Birchwood Lakes Triathlon - Medford, NJ
The Birchwood Lakes Triathlon takes place on June 27, 2026 in Medford, New Jersey. The event features two race options: an individual triathlon and a triathlon relay. The venue starts and finishes at 47 S. Lakeside Dr W., with event parking at St. Mary of the Lakes Church, about a 20 minute walk from the transition area.
Registration is digital only; athletes must register online and present photo ID at packet pickup. Packet pickup is available at the Birchwood Lakes Clubhouse and at the event start location. All multisport participants must have an active USAT membership and follow USAT rules.
The course includes a swim in deep, well-maintained freshwater and bike and run legs on flat, shaded roads. Courses are marshaled by volunteers but remain open to traffic; athletes are responsible for their own safety. Timing is chipped and split results will be published on the website the day of the race.
Post-race provisions include a BBQ with beverages, hamburgers, and hot dogs. All participants receive a cotton t-shirt; no finisher medals are awarded. Awards are given to overall top three men and women, age-group top three finishers across standard age categories, and first place relay team.
