Course and logistics
Distances for the event are:

The first run is a loop around the park’s inner circle that passes East Dr, Center Dr, and Prospect Park Lake before transition to the bike. The bike course is three laps of Prospect Park Drive and includes a climb near Grand Army Plaza and a downhill section on the back of each loop. The final run is the full 3.3 mile outer loop with about 140 ft elevation gain. Start and finish are located at Lincoln Field. The race is not USAT certified or sanctioned and a USAT racing license is not required. Volunteers are requested to report for duty and sign out to earn race credit.
