Course Details

The race finishes by the Central Park Boat House parking lot. The duathlon follows a run-bike-run format.

Run Course The two run segments are identical, each measuring 2.2 miles. They follow an out-and-back format on Central Park Drive, turning around near the 96th Street Playground. The course features no significant elevation gain other than an initial hill known as the Cat’s Paw.

Bike Course The bike segment consists of two full loops around Central Park Drive, totaling 12 miles. Each loop has an elevation gain of about 250 feet. The park remains open to the public during the event, with course marshals stationed along the route.
