Event Overview

The Atlantic Duathlon is held on the oceanfront boardwalk at Rockaway Beach in Queens, New York. The course offers continuous ocean views and is described as flat and smooth.

Course Details

The event follows a run-bike-run format. Both run segments are 3 miles each and take place on the boardwalk. The bike segment is 11.6 miles, consisting of two laps on the same boardwalk. The transition area is located near the Beach 84th Street bus stop.

Registration and Logistics

Online registration is encouraged, with day-of registration available for an additional fee. No racing license is required to participate. Check-in opens one hour before the race start. Free public parking is available at Beach 94th Street. Water and stationary restrooms are provided at the venue.

Awards and Inclusions
