The DQ 14th Annual Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike takes place in Medford Lakes, New Jersey, featuring a scenic course with a clean lake swim from a private beach, a two-loop 17.2-mile bike ride through local roads, and a flat, out-and-back 5K run.
