Medford Lakes Colony Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon & Aquabike
The event takes place on Sunday, August 23, 2026, at 90 Tabernacle Rd, Medford Lakes, New Jersey. Multiple multisport formats run from the same start and finish location and include individual and relay options. Openings are available for Triathlon, Duathlon, Aquabike, Triathlon Relay, and Duathlon Relay.
Registration and packet pickup are digital only. Athletes must register online and may only pick up their own packet. Photo identification is required. Annual USAT members must present their membership ID. Packet pickup is offered before race day and on race morning.
The swim occurs in a clean lake with a private beach. Swim waves are separated by three minutes and water temperature updates will be posted; wetsuit rules follow USAT guidelines. The bike course consists of two loops, and the run is an out and back course. Parking is available at PJ's, 61 Stokes Rd, with easy access to the transition area.
Distances
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile swim, 17.2 mile bike, 5k run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 17.2 mile bike, 5k run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim, 17.2 mile bike
Awards cover overall, age group divisions, Clydesdale and Athena divisions, adaptive division, non binary, and relay categories. Participants receive a T shirt and a finishers medal and refreshments are provided after the race. The event is scored within the DQ Events Grand Prix and Club Challenge.
