DQ Pine Barrens Olympic Triathlon
The DQ Pine Barrens Olympic Triathlon, held in Shamong, New Jersey at Atsion Lake Recreation Area, offers a variety of multisport events including Olympic and Sprint Triathlons, Duathlon, Aquabike, and a new Aquathlon. The Olympic Triathlon features a 1500m swim in a clean freshwater lake, a flat and fast 24.6-mile bike course on country roads, and a mostly off-road 10k run through wooded trails. The Sprint Triathlon includes a shorter swim and run but shares the same bike route.
