WOMEN'S WHISPER TRIATHLON
WOMEN'S WHISPER TRIATHLON is scheduled for Sunday, May 31, 2026, in East Meadow, NY. The event is based at the Nassau County Aquatic Center in Eisenhower Park on Merrick Avenue. The program includes in-person multi-sport races and a virtual triathlon option.
Race formats, distances and age groups
- Enduro Triathlon: Swim 400 m, Bike 6 mi, Run 2 mi, repeated.
- Triathlon (individual): Swim 400 m, Bike 6 mi, Run 2 mi.
- AquaBike (individual): Swim 400 m, Bike 6 mi.
- Triathlon - Middle & High School: Swim 400 m, Bike 6 mi, Run 2 mi.
- Triathlon Youth/Junior: Swim 100 m, Bike 2 mi, Run 0.25 mi.
- Virtual Triathlon: can be completed any day.
Age eligibility by event: Enduro open to ages 14-99; individual Triathlon open to ages 19-99; AquaBike open to ages 20-99; Middle & High School event open to ages 11-19; Relay Adult open to ages 19-99; Family Relay open to ages 5-99; Relay High School open to ages 12-19; Youth/Junior open to ages 6-16.
