Event overview

The Mighty Mother's Day Du and Time Trial takes place on Sunday, May 10, 2026, in East Islip, NY (1 Heckscher State Pkwy, 11730). The event includes multiple race options: Individual Time Trial, Individual Duathlon, Duathlon Relay, High School Relay, High School Individual, and Youth Duathlon. Format and course

The adult duathlon format is two runs with a bike in between. Distances for the adult race are:

The bike course is a very flat 3-lap route. The run course includes sections on grass and dirt.
