The Rockaway Beach Triathlon/Duathlon is a multi-sport event held at Rockaway Beach in Queens, New York. It includes a standard triathlon, a duathlon, and relay versions for both formats.

Course Details

The event takes place on the Rockaway Beach boardwalk, which offers views of the ocean. The run and bike segments use the smooth, concrete boardwalk. The swim segment is a 400-meter open-water swim in the Atlantic Ocean, starting from a beach ramp near B91st Street. The bike segment is 12 miles long, consisting of two loops on the boardwalk between B95th Street and B27th Street. The final run segment is 3 miles on the boardwalk between B95th Street and B125th Street.
