Pine Lake Triathlon
The Pine Lake Triathlon is a multisport event held in Sammamish, Washington. The competition starts at Pine Lake Park and consists of three consecutive segments. It is sanctioned as a USAT event and offers both individual participation and relay options for teams.
The event features a Super Sprint distance format:
- 0.25 mile swim in Pine Lake
- 11 mile hilly road bike course
- 4 mile run around the lake
The swim segment begins in knee-deep water at the boat launch. Participants who break the existing course record are eligible for a cash bonus. Additionally, the first male and female participants to complete the swimming segment receive a meal prize at a local establishment.
On-site registration and check-in are available at the venue on the morning of the event. An optional pre-packet pickup is scheduled for the day prior to the race. All participants are required to attend a mandatory safety briefing conducted via Zoom in the days leading up to the competition.
