Lums Pond Triathlon
The Lums Pond Triathlon, held at Lums Pond State Park in Bear, Delaware, is a USA Triathlon-sanctioned event featuring both Sprint and Olympic distance races. The Olympic course includes a 1.5k swim, 23-mile bike, and 10k run, while the Sprint consists of a 750m swim, 10-mile bike, and 5k run.
