About the race

The Fort DeSoto Triathlon Series, held at Fort DeSoto Park in St. Petersburg, Florida, is a popular race series featuring multiple events including Sprint and International distances in triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike formats. The courses offer a saltwater swim visible to spectators, a 100% traffic-free bike route with one or two laps depending on distance, and a scenic, flat 5K out-and-back run through the park with Gulf of Mexico views.
