Event overview
The Chilly Willy Duathlon takes place on February 15, 2026, at Fort De Soto Park, 3500 Pinellas Bayway S, St. Petersburg, FL. The event is USAT sanctioned and the course is chip-timed with splits provided for each race segment. Race formats and rules
The event offers sprint and long duathlon options and relay and military categories. Distances include:
- 1 mile run, 10 miles bike, 3.1 miles run (Sprint Duathlon)
- 3.1 miles run, 19 miles bike, 3.1 miles run (Long Duathlon)
There is a strict time cutoff on the long course; athletes who cannot complete the first run and bike before the cutoff should enter the sprint/short course. Drafting marshals and appointed staff enforce USAT rules on the course.
Awards and logistics
Awards include overall male and female winners, special awards by age-based master categories, and age-group prizes 1st through 4th in standard age brackets.
