DQ Laurel Lake multisport events in Millville, NJ
The event takes place on July 25, 2026 at Laurel Lake Club House, 201 SW Lakeshore Dr., Millville NJ. Multiple sanctioned races share the same start and finish area and use the lake and surrounding roads and trails. Registration is digital only and the field is limited to the first 300 entrants. Athletes must show photo ID at packet pickup and annual multisport members must present their USAT membership ID. A 10 percent registration discount is available for law enforcement officers with the provided coupon code.
Swim, bike and run courses are described by the organizer. The swim is in a clean freshwater lake with clockwise arcs for the sprint and super sprint. Bike legs use rural roads with two loops for sprint and one loop for super sprint. Run legs follow a loop around the lake on neighborhood roads and paths; water stations are noted on the course.

- Triathlon: 1/4 mile swim, 13.6 mile bike, 3.5 mile run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 13.6 mile bike, 3.5 mile run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim and 13.6 mile bike
- Aquathlon: 1/4 mile swim and 3.5 mile run
- Super Sprint: 200 yard swim, 6.8 mile bike, 1 mile run
Awards follow published divisions including overall, age groups, Clydesdale and Athena, adaptive, non binary, and relay categories. Races are held under USAT rules and may be altered or canceled by promoters. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
