September 2026
Experience one of Upstate New Yorks largest multisport events at Canandaigua Lake. Choose from triathlon, duathlon, or aquabike distances including specialized youth races and relay options for all ages.
A weekend of TOUGHMAN multisport championships at Lake Welch Beach in Stony Point, NY, featuring long course, Olympic, duathlon, aquabike, relay, collegiate, and youth races with age and cutoff rules.
Charity swim-run in East Meadow at the Eisenhower Aquatic Center offering 1500 m and 400 m swim options plus a 5.1 km run, with team and donation choices.
A short course triathlon at Sleepy Hollow Lake on September 12, 2026 featuring a 350 yard swim, an 11.5 mile bike and a 5K run. Chip timing is used and participants receive a bag, swim cap and post race refreshments.
A multi-format triathlon at Foster Memorial Town Beach in Sag Harbor on September 13, 2026, featuring an Olympic course with a 1.5K swim, 23.8 mile bike and 10K run, plus Super Sprint, Aquabike, relay and BikeRun options.
At Rockaway Beach competitors swim in open Atlantic water, bike two flat six mile loops on the boardwalk, and finish with an out and back 3 mile run along the boardwalk. Relay and aquabike options are offered and no USAT license is required.
TOUGHMAN Westchester at Rye Playland on September 19 to 20, 2026 features Olympic triathlon, aquabike, duathlon, an open water mile swim and youth triathlon events. Olympic distances include a 1.5 km swim, 40 km bike and 10 km run.
Sea Cliff Triathlon on 09/19/2026 takes place at Harry Tappen Beach and offers individual, youth, and several relay formats with swim, bike, and run legs and specified team rules and fees.
Community triathlon at Town Park at Point Lookout on September 19, 2026 featuring a half mile swim, six mile bike and two mile run.
Multisport races at Lake Welch Beach in Harriman State Park combine a 0.5 mile lake swim, a 15 mile bike loop, and a 2 mile run. Adult races have entry fees while junior participation is free.
A duathlon event at Mendon Ponds Park produced by First Knight Racing, offering two race formats of 26 and 14 miles and a deferred entry option, with specified registration periods and fees.

October 2026
MightyMan Montauk is an annual triathlon festival at Fort Pond offering Olympic and Sprint triathlons plus an Aquabike option, with an out-and-back freshwater swim, bike loops through Montauk, and lake-adjacent run courses.
A Central Park duathlon on October 4, 2026 offering solo and team formats, including a unique two-person boat relay that finishes on the Lake. Distances include 2.2 mile runs and 12 miles of cycling.
A fall run, bike, run duathlon at Cedar Creek Park in Seaford, NY, featuring 1.1 mile runs and 11 miles of closed-road cycling. Individual, relay, family and virtual options are available with specific family relay rules.
