Zarzaur Law Maritime DeLuna Duathlon
The Zarzaur Law Maritime DeLuna Duathlon is an annual multisport event held in Pensacola, Florida. This competition is specifically designed for youth participants between the ages of 6 and 15 years old. The event takes place at the Vince J. Whibbs, Sr. Community Maritime Park and typically hosts over 200 young athletes.
The race is conducted on a closed course to ensure a safe environment for all competitors. The event is fully supported by volunteers who provide encouragement to the participants as they experience a multisport competition. There are two primary categories available for registration:
- Zarzaur Law Maritime De Luna Duathlon (Short and long course events)
- Physically Challenged Category (For athletes with physical or mental disabilities)
This is a fully timed event. Every athlete who completes the race receives a custom finisher medal and a t-shirt. Performance is also recognized with custom age group awards, which are presented to the first, second, and third-place finishers in each respective age category.
