Event Overview
The White Lake Spring International & Sprint is a triathlon event on Sunday, May 3, 2026. It is the second day of a triathlon weekend in White Lake, North Carolina, following a Half Pro/Am event on the previous day.
Distances and Formats
The event includes two main race distances, each offering individual, relay, and aquabike formats.
- International Distance: A 1500-meter swim, a 28-mile bike, and a 10K run.
- Sprint Distance: A 750-meter swim, an 18.5-mile bike, and a 5K run.
Venue and Amenities
The event is held at The Grand Regal at Goldston's Beach on the shores of White Lake. This is a refurbished venue that was the original site of the first White Lake Triathlon in 1996. It features a white sandy beach and amenities including a full-service restaurant and bar, a sandwich shop, a large arcade, a miniature golf course, a new kids' playground, and a splash pad.
Registration and Packet Pickup
Registration for the 2026 event opens on November 1, 2025. Packet pickup is at the race site on the Saturday before the event and on Sunday morning, with specific times for each race distance.
