Event Overview

The Turkey Dri Tri is an indoor triathlon held at the Oak Brook Park District facility in Oak Brook, Illinois. Participants complete three sequential disciplines: a 2000-meter row on Concept2 rowers, a 2.5-mile cycle on Air Assault bikes, and a 1.25-mile run/walk consisting of 10 laps on an indoor track.

Event Format

Participants are assigned to heats based on gender and age. Heats begin every 30 minutes, with six participants per heat. Individual start times are communicated via a confirmation email sent the week before the event, and participants must start at their assigned time. Athletic shoes and appropriate attire are required.
