Event Overview
The TridelSol event is a multisport competition held at YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin in Middleville, Michigan. The event features a variety of distances and formats centered around swimming, cycling, and running.
Distances and Formats
The event includes three main distance categories:
- Olympic Distance: Includes an Olympic Triathlon (1,500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run), an Olympic Duathlon (5k run, 40k bike, 10k run), an Olympic Aquabike (1,500m swim, 40k bike), and separate Swim Only (1,500m), Bike Only (40k), and Run Only (10k) events.
- Sprint Distance: Includes a Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20k bike, 5k run), a Sprint Duathlon (2.5k run, 20k bike, 5k run), and a Sprint Aquabike (750m swim, 20k bike).
- Super Sprint Distance: Features a Super Sprint Triathlon with a 200m swim, 10k bike, and 3k run. Triathlon relay options are available for both the Olympic and Sprint distances.
Venue and Course
The event takes place at YMCA Camp Manitou-Lin on the shores of Barlow Lake. The course begins with a swim start from a sandy beach on the lake. The bike segment travels through the rolling hills of the surrounding countryside. The run segment is an out-and-back route along the lakeshore.
Event Details
