Triangle Sprint & Mini-Sprint
The event takes place on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at Harris County Park, 2112 County Park Dr., New Hill, NC 27562. It includes multiple event types: Sprint Individual, Sprint Relay, Sprint Aquabike, and Mini Sprint Individual. The race program separates a traditional Sprint Triathlon and a Mini Sprint aimed at novice triathletes and those new to open-water swimming.
- Sprint swim: 750 meters
- Sprint bike: 25 km
- Sprint run: 5 km
- Mini-Sprint swim: 400 meters
- Mini-Sprint bike: 8.25 miles
- Mini-Sprint run: 1.5 miles
Logistics and race information
Registration opens on November 1, 2025. Packet pick-up is available on the day of the race at the race site and there is a separate Friday packet pick-up at Inside-Out Sports in Cary. A photo ID is required for packet pick-up, and all participants must pick up their own packet. Payment methods accepted include cash, check, or credit card.
In-person participant meetings are not held the night before the race. Instead, a participant video will be posted on the event website a few days before the race to replace the in-person meeting. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
