The Humans of Steel: Harris Lake Sprint & Olympic Triathlon is a multisport event held on August 2, 2026, at Harris Lake County Park in New Hill, North Carolina, on the Shearon Harris Reservoir. The event uses a reverse format: participants run first, then ride on roads, and finish with an open-water swim. It is USAT sanctioned and high school athlete friendly; competitors may earn USAT points where applicable. Packet pick-up is available only on race day at the venue.
