Trestle Hustle

The Trestle Hustle is an annual sporting event hosted by the Boone County Hospital Foundation, held on the scenic High Trestle Trail in Madrid, Iowa. The 16th edition offers multiple race options including a duathlon (2-mile run, 14-mile bike ride, 2-mile run), 5K, and 10K runs, with the 10K uniquely crossing the iconic High Trestle Trail Bridge. Open to participants aged 14 and older of all abilities, the event also features virtual participation options.
