May 2026
Celebrating its 15th year, the TriByKnight Triathlon is a USAT-sanctioned sprint event on the Wartburg College campus. Athletes complete a 300-yard pool swim, a 15-mile bike, and a 3.1-mile run. A relay team option is also available.
The Black Squirrel Triathlon offers a flat, fast course at Lake Manawa in Council Bluffs. Choose from sprint triathlon, relay, aquabike, or open water swim events. All finishers get a medal, with awards for top finishers and relay teams.
