May 2026
Sprint triathlon at Wartburg College in Waverly with a pool time trial swim, 15 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. Open to individuals and relay teams, this USAT sanctioned race is a fun, fast spring challenge for ages 14 to 99.
Race the Black Squirrel Triathlon on May 17, 2026 at scenic Lake Manawa Beach in Council Bluffs with sprint, relay, SwimRun Aquathon, and Aquabike options. Enjoy a flat and fast lake course, a finisher medal for all, and age group and overall awards.
June 2026
