Sunrise Sundown DU
The Sunrise Sundown DU is a multisport competition held at Parkway High School in Bossier City, Louisiana. Participants compete in a duathlon format that follows a run-bike-run sequence over a total distance of 14.19 miles.
The event is structured into three distinct segments:
- Run: 1.5 miles
- Bike: 11.19 miles
- Run: 1.5 miles
