July 2026
Sunrise Triathlon OWS in Shreveport on July 12, 2026 offers sprint, Olympic, aquabike and duathlon options with courses measured by GPS and not certified. A current USA Triathlon license is required to compete.
A women only sprint triathlon and duathlon in Pointe Marie, Baton Rouge, featuring a pool swim and a 12 mile River Road bike route. The event is USAT sanctioned and proceeds benefit the RocketKidz Foundation.
August 2026
Tarpon Triathlon in Houma on August 1, 2026 features individual and relay triathlon categories, packet pickup the day before and on race day, and post-race food, drinks and music.

A fall duathlon in Chalmette, Louisiana on October 25, 2026 with a 2 mile run, 10 mile bike, and 2 mile run. Registration runs April 13 to October 20 with a $32 fee and event T shirts for registrants.
