Event details

The Lou Fusz Subaru St. Louis Triathlon takes place on Sunday, June 28, 2026, at Creve Coeur Park, 13725 Marine Avenue, Maryland Heights / Saint Louis, MO. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon (USAT); athletes must be an annual USAT member or purchase a one-day membership and show proof at packet pickup. A portion of each entry supports the Wounded Warrior Project. Registration includes a race t-shirt, swim cap, finisher medal, live results, race photos, awards, and a post-race festival with food and music. Course maps and turn-by-turn bike and run routes are provided by the organizer.

  • Sprint Triathlon: 750 m swim / 20 km bike / 5 km run
  • Olympic Triathlon: 1 mile swim / 40 km bike / 10 km run
  • Sprint Aquabike: 750 m swim / 20 km bike
  • Olympic Aquabike: 1 mile swim / 40 km bike
  • Sprint Duathlon: 3 km run / 20 km bike / 5 km run
  • Olympic Duathlon: 5 km run / 40 km bike / 10 km run
  • Sprint Aquathlon: 750 m swim / 5 km run
  • Olympic Aquathlon: 1 mile swim / 10 km run
  • Relay and para divisions, High School, Athena/Clydesdale divisions, Elite Olympic, and a 6K run (one loop)

Packet pickup and bike drop occur the day before at the Lou Fusz Athletic Training Center and at Creve Coeur Park. Athletes receive a wristband to access transition, a timing chip (to be worn on the left ankle), bike and helmet stickers, and a race bib to wear on the run. Mandatory pre-race talks are held at the expo. Wetsuit legality depends on water temperature; specific temperature rules apply. Water and electrolyte drink are available on the run course; there are no aid stations on the bike. Standard cutoffs apply by discipline (for example, Sprint swim must be completed within 30 minutes of an athlete’s start; Olympic swim within 1 hour). Awards include top 3 overall and age-group prizes; age is determined as of 12/31/2026 with standard 5-year age groups. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
