MTC Zilla Tri
The MTC Zilla Tri is a USAT-sanctioned sprint triathlon held annually in Columbia, Illinois, at Bolm-Schuhkraft Park. Open to athletes aged 14 and older, it features an adult sprint triathlon and a new youth triathlon for ages 14-17. The adult race includes a 300-meter serpentine swim in the Columbia Bath and Tennis pool, an 11.2-mile mostly flat bike course with one challenging hill and a railroad crossing, and a shaded 5K run through neighborhoods and trails.
