Event Overview
The She Tris Sprint Triathlon in South Charlotte is an all-women's multisport event based at the Harris YMCA. The event is designed for women and girls of varying backgrounds and skill levels. Course Details
The standard sprint triathlon consists of a 200 yard swim, an 8 mile bike ride, and a 2 mile run.

The swim takes place in the indoor pool at the Harris YMCA, where participants are self-seeded based on ability. After exiting the pool, athletes move to the transition area. The bike course is a two-loop route through the South Park area of Charlotte, featuring a downhill section on Quail Hollow Road and five major right-hand turns. The run course is an out-and-back route that remains primarily on the YMCA campus and utilizes nearby local roads.

Athletes can register for several different disciplines:
- Individual Triathlon: Full swim, bike, and run.
- Relay Team: Shared triathlon distance among team members.
- Aquathlon: A 200 yard swim followed by a 2 mile run.
- Duathlon: A 1 mile run, an 8 mile bike, and a 2 mile run.
- Virtual Options: Opportunities to complete a triathlon, aquathlon, or duathlon at any location.
