DQ Long Beach Island Triathlon, Duathlon, & Aquabike : September 20, 2026
The event takes place in Long Beach, NJ at Bayview Park on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Multiple race formats are offered, including individual triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, and relay events. Most multisport events are open to ages 12 and older. Registration is digital only; no paper applications or cash are accepted.

Course, distances, awards and rules
Distances for the primary formats are:
- Triathlon: 1/4 mile swim, 10.75 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Duathlon: 1.5 mile run, 10.75 mile bike, 3 mile run
- Aquabike: 1/4 mile swim, 10.75 mile bike
The swim takes place in the bay at Bayview Beach Park. The bike and run use roads through Long Beach Island and Beach Haven; the course is described as flat. Waves are estimated to be 3 minutes apart. USAT wetsuit rules and multisport membership requirements apply; multisport participants must have an active USAT membership. Packet pickup requires photo ID and athletes must pick up their own packets. No parking is available at Bayview Park; parking is suggested opposite Dupont Ave or along Long Beach Blvd north of Dupont Ave. Awards include overall, age group, Clydesdale/Athena weight divisions, adaptive and non-binary categories, and relay team awards.
