Latitude-Fall Triathlon : overview
The Latitude-Fall Triathlon takes place on Sunday, October 11, 2026, at Fort Travis Park in Port Bolivar, TX. The event is limited to 200 athletes. The swim is in the Gulf of Mexico with a protected barrier on both sides. The bike portion uses State Highway 87 on an out-and-back route. The run is through a local neighborhood with views of the gulf. A post-race party with music and food is scheduled at the venue.

Bike is one loop for sprint and two loops for Olympic. Run is one loop for sprint and two loops for Olympic. The duathlon first run is one mile.
Timing, rules and awards
The event is chip timed and includes split times with transitions. Chips are distributed at packet pick up and must be returned at the finish. The race is USA Triathlon sanctioned; a membership is required. Membership fees listed are $10 annual for 17 and under, $15 one-day for 18 and older, and $50 annual for 18 and older. Awards include overall and masters top finishers, top three in age groups and relay teams, and categories for Clydesdale and Athena by weight and age. All athletes receive a shirt (if registered before the order is placed) and a finisher medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
