JCC Dash and Splash Event
The JCC Bridgewater Triathlon organization hosts an evening community event in Bridgewater, New Jersey, titled the Dash and Splash. This athletic and social gathering takes place at 775 Talamini Rd and is open to runners and walkers of various experience levels, including children and adults.
Participants can select from two distances:
- 3 km walk
- 5 km run
The event is designed to combine physical activity with a social atmosphere. Following the completion of the course, the registration includes access to an after-hours pool party and BBQ dinner. The post-race celebration features an open swim session, pool games, and a live DJ. Additional activities are provided for children, including various crafts.
Registration fees are structured differently for JCC members and community members. Proceeds from the event and additional donations support the JCC Sustainability Fund. This fund specifically assists the JCC Special Needs programs as well as scholarship funds for Early Childhood Education and summer camps.
