Event overview
The Holiday Classic is a multisport event on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at the Anthem Community Center in Anthem, AZ. The event is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. Packet pickup is scheduled before race day at a local bike shop and on race day at the community center. Parking is available at the Anthem Community Center; additional parking is available at Anthem Community Park.

- Adult triathlon: Swim 400 m, Bike 20 km (3 loops), Run 5 km
- Aquabike: Swim 400 m, Bike 20 km (3 loops)
- Duathlon: Run 5 km, Bike 20 km (3 loops), Run 5 km
- Youth triathlon (ages 14 and under): Swim 200 m, Bike 4.5 miles, Run 1/2 mile
Race format and amenities
The swim takes place in a heated pool. Athletes start the pool swim individually with 15 second gaps; swimmers must enter feet first and no diving is allowed. Bike traffic is separated from vehicle traffic by a designated lane. The adult bike course uses three loops; youth complete one loop. The 5 km run is out-and-back.
Race timing uses triathlon chips that must be worn on the left ankle and returned at the finish; lost or unreturned chips are charged to the athlete. Racer amenities include a long sleeve hoodie, post-race refreshments, and finisher medals. Awards are given to overall top three men and women and to the top three per age group (10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+).
