About the race

Frozen Hare Swim and TriFest is the second race in the Frozen Hare series, held at Lawrence Park Swim Club in Broomall, PA. The venue features an outdoor heated 25-meter pool, typically around 80F. Participants choose from 5K and 1K pool swims, a 3-mile run, and multisport formats including Runner’s Aquathlon (1K swim + 3-mile run), Swimmer’s Aquathlon (5K swim + 3-mile run), Sprint and Olympic Triathlons, Swimmer’s Tri, Sprint and Olympic Duathlons, and SwimRun events.

All bike and run legs are self-supported with no traffic control or course markings; times are self-reported. Finisher shirts, awards for top finishers, and pre-registration perks are offered. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
