Fall Classic Du
The Oakdale Fall Classic Duathlon, held at the scenic Lake Elmo Park Reserve in Minnesota, is one of the state's longest-running duathlons and ideal for first-time duathletes. Participants can choose between the regular course—comprising a 2.5-mile run, 15-mile bike, and another 2.5-mile run—or a reverse duathlon option that starts with a 15-mile bike segment. The event also offers 2- and 3-person relay team categories for both formats.
The course features paved trails within the park and picturesque horse country roads for biking. After the race, athletes can enjoy a social barbecue. Free professional photography and age-group awards add to the event's appeal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
Always double-check with the organizer's website – things can change, and we might have sprinted past a few details!
