Event Overview
The New Jersey Triathlon takes place on July 19, 2026, at Mercer County Park. Since its start in 2006, it has become one of the 10 largest triathlons in the nation, with an annual participation of 3,500 athletes.
Distances
The event features two main race formats for individuals and relay teams:
- Sprint: A 500 m swim, a 21.7 km bike, and a 5 km run.
- Olympic: A 1,500 m swim, a 40.5 km bike, and a 10 km run.
Course Details
The course is described as one of the fastest and flattest in the nation. It begins with a swim in Mercer Lake, followed by a fast bike segment and a shaded run through the park.
Post-Race
A Finish Line Festival includes snacks, drinks, and live music, open to athletes and spectators.
