Event Overview

- Sprint Swim: 400 yards.
- 5K Run: 5 km distance (available in Sprint and Youth categories).
- 10K Run: 10 km distance.
Youth Sprint events are available for participants aged 7-17 and include Triathlon, RunBikeRun, SwimBike, SwimRun, a 400 yard swim, and a 5K run.
