The Bolivar Live Triathlon, held annually at Fort Travis Seashore Park on the Bolivar Peninsula in Port Bolivar, Texas, offers a scenic and challenging race experience. Scheduled for October 12, 2025, the event features multiple race formats including Sprint and Olympic distance triathlons, duathlons, aquabikes, and various relay categories. The swim takes place in the Gulf of Mexico within a protected barrier, the bike course is an out-and-back route on Highway 87 with one loop for sprint and two for Olympic distances, and the run winds through a local neighborhood with beautiful gulf views.
