Against the Tide Brewster (Cape Cod)

Against the Tide Brewster (Cape Cod) is a family-friendly, multi-sport event held at Cliff Pond in Nickerson State Park, Brewster, Massachusetts. Benefiting the Massachusetts Breast Cancer Coalition (MBCC), the event supports breast cancer prevention through community education and environmental health programs. Participants can choose from various activities including USMS-sanctioned 1-mile swims (competitive and recreational), a ½-mile recreational swim, USATF-certified 5K and 10K runs, and a 3-mile fitness walk.

The courses are set in scenic natural surroundings, offering a supportive atmosphere for all ages and abilities. Fundraising and team participation are encouraged to further MBCC’s mission. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
