Event overview
The AdventHealth Cool Sommer Mornings Series is a set of four monthly events held in Clermont, Florida, from June through September 2026. Each event has a theme: Magical Unicorn (June 14), Patriotic Yeti (July 12), Mighty Dragon (August 9), and Mysterious Kraken (September 13). The series includes triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, aquathlon, 5K run, relay, double-distance options, and a virtual event. For 2026 the series adds a Double Challenge that repeats sprint-distance courses back-to-back.

- 5K Run - 3.1 miles along Lake Minneola trail.
- Sprint Triathlon - .25 mi swim, 8.2 mi bike, 3.1 mi run.
- Sprint Duathlon - 1 mi run, 8.2 mi bike, 3.1 mi run.
- Sprint Aquabike - .25 mi swim, 8.2 mi bike.
- Sprint Aquathlon - .25 mi swim, 3.1 mi run.
- Double Sprint Triathlon - repeat sprint course back-to-back.
- Double Sprint Duathlon - repeat duathlon course back-to-back.
- Double Sprint Aquabike - repeat aquabike course back-to-back.
