Xterra Ex2

The XTERRA EX2 is an annual off-road triathlon and duathlon event held at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, Maryland. Scheduled for July 13, 2025, this 21st edition offers a challenging and scenic course featuring a .75-mile swim in a mountain lake, a 13-mile mountain bike ride through lakeside singletrack, fire roads, grassy sections, and rock gardens, followed by a 5-mile trail run with rooty trails and varied terrain. The duathlon starts with a 3-mile trail run instead of swimming.
