Trifest for MS is the largest triathlon in Arkansas, held annually in Bentonville at the Melvin Ford Aquatic Center and Northeast Memorial Park Square. This multi-day event features various race distances including Super Sprint, Sprint, and Olympic triathlons, as well as youth triathlons with para-athlete divisions. Participants can also compete in relays or take part in a Trifesta challenge completing all three distances over the weekend, totaling 54.5 miles.

The event fosters a supportive atmosphere aimed at raising funds for multiple sclerosis research, benefiting institutions like UAMS, Northwestern University, and UCSF.
