About the race
Trail Mix Off-Road Duathlon and Mountain Bike Race takes place at Atwood Park Trail System, Rockford, Illinois. It combines an off-road duathlon and a mountain bike race: Duathlon—2-mile run, 10-mile bike, 2-mile run; Half Mix—2-mile run, 5-mile bike; MTB—20-mile Competitive and 10-mile Sport. All courses are on park trails; a mountain bike is recommended.
Loops and transitions are marked, and Tri-3 Sports Timing handles results. Finisher medal, Purist water bottles, a Javis Tacos meal, and Dairyhäus ice cream are included. 75 entries per discipline; 25% discount if signing up for both events.
