Tiger Tri Relays 2025 : Columbia, MO
The Tiger Tri Relays 2025 takes place on Sunday, November 2, 2025 at the Mizzou Rec, 1000 Rollins St, Columbia, MO 65203. The event includes two relay categories: Relays - Age Group and Relays - Collegiate. Entry fee for each event is $10. Registration closes October 31, 2025. The age group relay is open to ages 18 to 100.
Format and logistics
This is an indoor relays triathlon with three legs:
- 500 yard swim (pool provided)
- 10 mile bike (stationary bikes)
- 5k run on the outdoor track
Heats will be used for the swim and athletes must attend a required meeting before their swim start. Heat assignments will be distributed prior to the race. Lockers and space for athlete backpacks are provided. There are short gaps between legs to allow athletes time to change clothes. Participants may use SPD (mountain bike) clips on the spin bikes; SPD-SL clips are not compatible. Awards will be given to top gender finishers.
