TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon
The TALI Croft State Park Off-Road Duathlon takes place at Croft State Park in Spartanburg, South Carolina. This multi-sport event features off-road courses including trail running and mountain biking across different distances and categories.
Participants in the Adult Sprint distance and Relay events cover a total of 15 miles. The course begins with a 3.5 mile trail run through areas where horses roam. The mountain biking segment consists of two loops totaling 8 miles for a cycling distance of 9 miles, featuring climbs, drops, and water crossings. The race concludes with a 1.5 mile out and back run through wooded trails.
The High School category includes a 2 mile trail run, a 5 mile mountain bike ride, and a final 2 mile trail run, totaling approximately 9 miles. For younger participants, the Youth Super Sprint covers 6 miles. This includes a 1 mile run on a nature trail along Fairforest creek, a single 3.5 mile mountain bike lap with climbs and drops, and a final 0.75 mile run on Crags Trail.

The park entry fee for athletes is covered by the organizers. Participants are encouraged to bring two cans of food for a local Spartanburg food bank.
