Event details
The Sager Creek Triathlon takes place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The event is held at the JBU Walton Lifetime Health Complex. Two race options are offered: the Sprint and the International. Entry prices listed are $55 for the Sprint and $65 for the International. Registration shows limited remaining spots and both events are open to participants aged 18 to 200. Packet pickup is scheduled at Phat Tire Bike Shop in downtown Siloam Springs. The overall event schedule is listed as TBD.
Course and logistics
- Sager Creek Triathlon Sprint: swim 300 yards, bike 12 miles, run 2 miles.
- Sager Creek Triathlon International: swim 600 yards, bike 24 miles, run 4 miles.
The swim takes place in a 25-yard pool; racers complete 6 laps for the shorter swim and 12 laps for the longer swim (down-and-back laps). There is a single transition area accessed by exiting the pool, walking down a hallway, then entering transition; the area includes a bike entrance and exit and a run exit. The bike route leaves transition downhill, travels onto main roads toward the city lake and back, and contains rolling hills. The run follows the walking trail around the JBU campus, stays mostly on sidewalks and the Dogwood Springs Walking Trail, and includes a fairly steep hill on University Street. The run finishes in the parking lot next to the tennis courts. Parking is available in front of the Lifetime Walton Health Complex. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
