Niantic Bay Triathlon

The Niantic Bay Triathlon is an exciting sprint triathlon set in the picturesque shoreline communities of Niantic and East Lyme. This event is designed for both beginner and experienced triathletes, featuring a 1/2 mile swim in the calm waters of Niantic Bay, an 11.4 mile bike ride through scenic East Lyme, and a 3.2 mile run along the oceanfront. Participants can also opt for a team relay or an Aquabike registration for those who prefer not to run.
