About the race
Mudskipper U.S. Individual SwimRun Championships, now part of the Mudskipper Championship Series, debut as the United States’ premier SwimRun event. The race takes place at Deam Lake State Recreation Area in Clark County, Indiana—a 1,300-acre park known for clear open water and challenging trails.
The championship course is planned at roughly 22 miles, offering a true test of running and swimming endurance and aiming to crown the first U.S. men’s and women’s Mudskipper SwimRun champions. The event day also features Indiana Open Water Swim races (3, 6, and 9 miles), creating a festive, endurance‑sports atmosphere around Lands of Indiana Epic SwimRun.
