Event overview
The Mighty Moraine Spring Multi-Sport Festival takes place on May 16-17, 2026 at Moraine State Park (Lake View Beach and Pleasant Valley Beach) in Portersville, PA 16051. The program includes Olympic-distance and sprint multi-sport events plus youth races. Events scheduled across the two days include Olympic Distance Triathlon, Olympic Aqua Bike, Olympic Distance Relay, Sprint Triathlon, Sprint Duathlon, Sprint Aqua Bike, Sprint Adventure Race (paddle, bike, run), Sprint Triathlon Relay, Super Sprint Triathlon, Mini Moraine Youth Triathlon, and a Novice Sprint Distance Triathlon for new triathletes. There are also multi-day and bundle options that combine Saturday and Sunday races and spring/fall entries; the Ultimate Bundle references both days in spring and fall, with the fall event designated as the PA State Championships.
Registration, packet pick-up and policies
Pre-race packet pick-up is scheduled at multiple dates and locations the week before the event, including Porters Cove open water swim, Pro Bike and Run (North Park), Public Lands in Cranberry Township, Moraine State Park, and Lakeview Beach on the North Shore. Youth athletes pick up packets on Saturday evening at the South Shore with no late packet fee. Adults may pick up packets on Saturday for Sunday events at Lakeview Beach or at the South Shore during youth pick-up. Race day packet pick-up requires payment of a $20 race-day fee plus processing. Entry fees listed for 2026 examples: Mini Moraine $25, Super Sprint $55, many sprint events $75, Olympic events $90, Olympic relay $205, Ultimate Bundle $225. Full refund is available if requested within two days of registering. No refunds are allowed after January 1, 2026.
