Memphis In May Triathlon

The Memphis In May Triathlon Weekend is set for May 10, 2025, at Shelby Farms Park in Memphis, TN. This event features multiple races, including the Olympic Triathlon, which consists of a 1.5K swim, 40K bike ride, and 10K run, as well as a Sprint Triathlon with a 1/3 mile swim, 13-mile bike, and 3-mile run. Participants can compete individually or as part of relay teams.
